Our workshops are carefully designed to challenge participants’ thinking and create significant shifts that empower individuals. Our change work involves impacting participants to make powerful distinctions which create sustained and reproducible change. Our Competency Development Workshops are carefully crafted to create a holistic and enriching learning experience for the participants. The programs use powerful learning methodologies to build competencies critical to roles. We place a lot of emphasis on evaluation and effectiveness of our courses and support for the same is available to our clients. Participants often describe the workshops as “insightful”, “powerful” and say it “inspired a completely new way of looking at our job” and “it equipped me with real skills to take action”. Participants reported positive behavioural change up to 90 days after the workshop as per our study.
